Service & Warranty Request Form
To ensure we provide you with quick customer service, please complete the following service request form to properly document your service concerns. Once we receive this form, Trico Homes will contact you to schedule a service visit during the working hours of 9:30AM – 3:30PM, Monday through Friday except holidays. With the exception of Emergencies, all service requests must be verified by a Trico Homes Service Representative before repairs can take place.
