    Trico Homes is hiring a Maintenance Technician Reporting to Property/Leasing Manager or Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for responding to all service tenant requests and work orders, perform maintenance activities, conduct site inspections, assist in tenant move out inspections and grounds keeping. The prospective candidate should have a general knowledge of building operations systems, electrical and plumbing, HVAC, Fire Alarm and Life safety equipment with some related work experience.
