This young leader is putting his own stamp on his parents’ legacy of doing well by doing good.

Patrick Chiu always believed he’d join the family business. He wasn’t sure what his involvement might be, but he was certain that whatever role he might have with Trico Homes, founded by his parents Wayne and Eleanor Chiu in 1992, it would not be handed to him on a silver platter.
