With more than 22 years of progressive experience in property management, Crystal Hopper has built her career from the ground up, beginning as a Leasing Agent and advancing through every major role in the industry. Her career path has included positions as Leasing Agent, Manager, Community Director, Certified Mentor for new managers, Regional Manager, and now Property Manager.

As a Community Director and Certified Mentor, Crystal took pride in guiding new managers through their professional development, ensuring they had the tools, training, and confidence to succeed. Her transition into a Regional Manager role expanded her expertise significantly, particularly in acquisitions, where she was responsible for onboarding new sites, coordinating operations, and staffing entire teams under tight timelines. This experience strengthened her ability to adapt quickly, lead effectively, and manage complex transitions with both residents and staff in mind.

Today, as a Property Manager, Crystal brings together deep operational knowledge, mentorship experience, and a strategic perspective to help foster thriving communities, strong resident relationships, and consistent organizational growth.
